Copper as an element transfers heat more. Aluminum is much lighter. In DD b18b it really doesn't matter at all. I went with aluminum since mishimoto is a well known company with a lifetime warranty. Just get whatever's cheaper if its just a DD

Thanks guys, yeah paints not a perfect match, has a bit more metallic flakes than the oem paint so it looks a tad darker so I sprayed the bumper a tad as well to help the whole front end blend better. @young_ That plastidip stuff is insanely foolproof and looks great, It sprays on kinda bubbly...

End O summer progress: -Paint matched hood, trunk, spoiler, and lip using rattle cans. -got fogs -also plastidipped my chrome trim just yesterday cuz i wanted to see what the black looks like. I dig it. Before After Havent done much else lol

^This. Happened to me once which is when I found out I had a leaky hose lol. If you find no bubbles and no leaks and you're slightly inclined you can try jumping the fan to the battery just to see if it works. Narrow stuff down a tad
