UPDATE: I've sinced checked the timing belt and it's tight and intact. Also it turned over couple cranks and actually started but died about 8-10 seconds later. The entire time it was running is was grinding and squealing.

That's kind of what I was thinking, I'm guessing the most likely spot is the rubber booty between the door and frame right? I've never taken that apart. Any idea what I'm looking for and any idea why it would just randomly occur?
