I removed the glass today and I can't really see whats wrong with it, so I'm going to get some wd40 tomorrow to see if it's just a lubricant issue

I started to remove the allen bolts and got down to the last one, luckly for me it was already stripped... but it doesnt look like the slider fell off track, the drivers side just goes halfway and stops, but the passenger side opens all the way.... what a nightmare!
