    horsepower from B20B/B18C1 engine?

you're not gonna do it on a BASIC b20 bottom end and GSR head swap. We all know that 9.5:1 compression pistons isnt going to make 200HP at all. The people who've claimed to do 200hp on a stock b20 piston have done modifications to the pistons and possibly to the deck height and head...

    Stroked CRVtec?

If you're planning to stroke a b20, I'd suggest SLEEVING an LS and then Using a Stroker setup rather than using the B20 block. The B20 cyl walls are weaker and if you sleeve a LS. you can bore it out to whatever bore size you want. So are you looking at 14-15:1+ compression on this motor...

    ls or b16

You need to do some serious beefing up at 20psi + Look into sleeved block, forged pistons, and after market rods. 30psi is easier said than done. As much as we'd like to boost 30psi just like that. When you get down to it, theres alot to do to make that 30psi work well. Our 10sec...

    Stroked CRVtec?

Whats your goal and point in seeing a setup like that. Just curious. I dont really recommend stroked b20s at all in 99% of setups. Its not necessary. The only time I'd suggest Stroking the motor is if building a full race or serious street car. other than that, its not worth it.

    gsr block?

While there is a difference in combustion chamber and port design on the GSR vs the B16A head, I really wouldnt dwell on them that much. You're not going to get a SIGNIFICANT change between the 2 heads on stock form. I mean, if there was its very minimal. Once you start working on the...

    B16 Sleeves

you dont need a SOLID deck style sleeved unless you are planning on boosting 35+psi. We use Open deck style Sleeves in many of our race cars and they hold up fine. Open deck is good enough for 99% of setups out there. If you need b16A block sleeved, let us know, we have cores here so you...

    Streetable clutch for 700HP

The RPS clutch maybe a good clutch, but I've seen 2 setups using the same clutch seize up the motor. The engagement was too harsh and cause too much stress on the crank/bearings.

    Anybody seen this... Block Filler

Why do this if the stock block can hold a good amt of power anyways. 13 sec block filled D-series? We were doing low 12s with a basic turbo kit on stock motors back in 1996 at 10psi. You dont need Posting, block fillers or block guards. They are overrated.

    where to get short blocks

why is 84mm risky? I can honestly say that 82mm and 82.5 mm bore and piston choice is not that common.

    Anybody Heard

the DRAG and REV HARD kits are good complete kits to work with. If you are a beginner, those kits are good to start with. you can always upgrade to other parts later on as well.

Well its not for everyone. That much power is for competition use only. Theres no point in building one just for the street.

    769 hp recipe

There are cars making that much hp at this time and driver on the street. of course Detuned for lower boost and pump gas that makes of course significantly less. but with different fuel and boost levels, it can change from a 300hp car to 700-800hp car easily. and yes over 400hp on the...

    769 hp recipe

Im sure the Dyno numbers on that are Engine Dyno numbers and not to the wheels. From what I've heard about the setups they have described. but 700hp is not that hard to do at all. We are currently working on several race motors for Sport FWD/Pro Am cars. If some of you dont know, these...

    going b18 turbo

woahh 8Gs. We are planning to do a race ready turbo setup good for 10s and 600hp for about 8-9K and that includes the hondata, our Exospeed Stage 4 block, prepped head, and a bomb turbo setup. i know it wont include tranny and ecu so its not really 100% compatible. but guys... research...

    wat do guys think????
