thank you, i did checked the fuse again, now i noticed that its blown. so i took off the front plastic fuse 40a cover and reconnect them by using a flathead screw driver to reconnect both of the metal edge together and it works... it took me months to figure this out...thanks gotta sell the car...

no they won't fit. unless u cut or trim the edge by the bumper to squeeze the mudflap in.

oh dang, yeah the car got beaten up everything mostly the body are bad. Right now I'm resurrecting it. Anyway, I'm going to get a new set or rim instead. But I love the 17inches and tires they're still in a good condition.
