it's related to your alternator plain and simple. if the alternator isn't charging the car, it will cause the car to die. turn on the lights while at a stop and see what happens while sitting there. bet it dies.

$2,800 for my 97 EX 5spd w/ 97,000 miles. BONE stock down the the paper air filter and tape deck. Bought it with a red mirror and 2 dings. Picked up mirror and headlight for $30 each. She's my 38mpg virgin. $5,200 for the 99 EX Automatic w/ 75k. Again, BONE stock.

Nope, not DDM. I've had DDM HID kits before, they're not too bad IMO. You're gonna get glare regardless if you put any type of HID kit in halogen housings.

I'm keeping my HID website to myself. Cheap prices and quality kits. ;)

Well being 115* outside and significantly hotter INSIDE the car, I don't know what's to complain about. My 97 Civic blows around 68* when it's 100+ outside. When it's 80* it's blowing 40*. Anything more than 20-25* difference from ambient air and you're fine. Don't blow A/C full blast on...

HIDs in halogen housing = light output worse than halogen bulbs in halogen housing. Waste of $ ANY HID over 6k = worthless. It's like driving around at night with candlesticks in for headlights. Especially during the rain.

Thanks. They just called me and said the wiring harness was discontinued from Honda. They repaired it and said everything works. I guess I''ll find out tonight after work.

Mine wasn't coming off of the track. It was electrical related unfortunately. When I closed the door, the window would NOT go down - only UP, nor would the front right speaker work. lol Dealer had to order part, so the car will sit overnight at the dealership.

just got a call. it's the door harness. replacing it today with a new one - deteriorated from age apparently, will keep updated

Yeah, the power locks work when the door is closed - no problems there. Today I noticed that the right front speaker and tweeter (passenger door) cuts off when the door is closed as well, yet the right rear speaker still has power. I'm thinking a wire is getting crimped, but I could be wrong

Yeah I've played with that switch, not the problem. I switched the window switches from the Mrs' civic and it still does it when the door is closed, so I know it's not the switches .....
