Agreed! Bleed the system, properly and heater will work if all other components are working without malfunction. Any air pockets will prevent the heater from worming up properly. While bleeding, leave heater on full hot and full blast. This will help cycle the hot coolant into the heater...

Best bet is to get larger wheels (preferably OEM) and larger sidewall tires. The problem is you run into rubbing issues if you go too high on them. I know the 1st gen Fit has 16" wheels that will fit. Also you will notice that the 6th gen civic actually went with slightly larger tires...

Thanks for the info... Sadly I have 99 EX and swapping in a B16. Had the donor had the brackets it would have made the swap easier. And I could have matched them up to see if the pumps worked as they are both off the car right now.

Doing this swap right now and I know need the PS bracket as well as the AC bracket. Need to know if I will need to get new PS and AC pump with the B16 brackets or will they work?

Oh Gosh I hope I don't run into this problem as well. Putting B16a into my 99 EX soon. Using stock EX harness so I will let you know if I run into this problem as well when I get there. :( However I did keep all my stock fuel rail and parts so hopefully I can just mount it somewhere useful...

Seeing as you are in ontario EVAP may not be required. For all US vehicles EVAP is required for OBD2

All wheel bearing should have a snap ring retainer. Otherwise it would probably work its way out after time. I would look up in parts diagram for one.

Yes the 99+ models do not have it into the radio. The last reply has the correct information on how to set it up and find it. If you are wondering where to get one, I would check ebay as that was where I got mine.

Most likely its the gas cap since it came on after gassing up. If its old and the O-ring is cracked or if its a non-OEM or just wrong cap it will throw the code. The code is for gas tank side of EVAP system. If that checks out good then its usually the By-Pass Solenoid Valve and the 2 Way...
