well i dunno why my defrost is not working and my controls dont work either like it only shoots thru the vents and when i try to switch to floor or defrost it doesnt work i have checked all the wires to see if anything was loose but nothing and my heater doesnt work damn my car sounds messed up...

thats the same thing that happened to me i just loosened the bolt on the brake switch and twisted like tightening it up a little and tighten the bolt back up and thats all still havent had a problem

i used a high temp clear coat paint i did that to my wifes car like 3yrs ago and it sill looks the same

no it didnt affect the heater i just took the ac out cuz my dumbass friend threw away my compressor cuz it messed up and in south texas its realling expensive and hard to find so i said f* it so i took out the compressor, condensor and all the lines which didnt take long or hard to do if u wanna...
