i'm working on my girlfriends bone stock 2004 civic ex a/t. i changed the timing belt and water pump on it. i went and test drove it after, ran fine so the timing was fine, but wouldn't rev past 3500 rpm and was throwing a code for the cam angle sensor, found out i had bent the pins in the sensor. tore it back apart and got the sensor swapped. it quit throwing the code but now it will start, run for a few seconds, sputter, then die. i have been scratching my head all day. does anyone have any ideas?

Double check to make sure u didnt mix up the plugs. I know the knock sensor and the Cam sensor have the same plugs. That would mess up the Cam signal and shut ur car off!
