'04 Civic intermittently won't crank when key is turned

I've got an '04 Civic LX Sedan with about 155K on it. Over the last couple of weeks, I've had a few occassions where I put in the key, turn it, and the engine won't start. The dash lights up and the A/C and stereo come on, but it won't turn over. The three times this has happened, I've simply waited a couple of minutes, then it's started just fine. When It has failed to start, you can hear a "click" from the engine when the key is turned to start.

I took it to Autozone and it's not giving me any codes. The battery is at 100%.

Any ideas?

Is it a standard? and the click you hear, is it around the starter area?

I say starter or you have a short somewhere
