My '05 honda civic lx overheated on me yesterday. I tried to see if there was a leak and i found one. Only thing is, I'm horrible with cars so I don't exactly know what I'm looking at. Hoping you guys could help. Here's a photo. The coolant was spewing out like a mist from here. Attached is a photo and below is a link to the video of the coolant leak. What hose is that, where's it leading to. Is this an easy fix?

That looks to be the lower radiator hose. That end should have a fastener to hold it tightly in place. It seems it broke off which would allow the leak. Use an adjustable one to make your life easier then refill the system with 50/50 mix and you should be fine.
