16x8 et20 on 96 Civic hatch w/eibach sport-sytem kit

I am looking at buying some whislter wheels but idk if im low enough to pull it off. Right now I'm running 15" steelies on a 195 60r15 which I know are too big and should be 195 55r15 I believe. If I get these wheels what tire size should i get to match the diameter of 195 55r15. I'm on eibach shocks and sportline springs, very little natural camber. Right now on the 195 60r15 I do rub when I do a hard turn or U turn.
