Ok i have a 90 model hatch that wont start but will run. i disconnected the clutch safety thing and twisted the wires together. that worked for awhile but now nothing, checked the wires still connected but found a 15amp fuse blown on the cooling fan. everytime i replace it the thing blows the fuse. Even cold when i turn on the key the fan runs and car will not start. I haveaccess to local honda dealer but wanted to see if i could fix it on my on.
