This happens intermitantly,in the morning sometimes it won't start. If I take out and put back in, the fuse for the fuel solenoid, it starts right up.Does this mean the fuel relay might need to be replaced?
thanks

Next time the engine won't start, listen for whether the fuel pump fails to prime for 2 seconds when the key is turned to ON(II). If the pump primes, then check for spark at the plugs as described here.

Any CEL codes blinking from the LED on the ECU?

No codes, I cracked the banjo on the injection pump and no fuel pressure when this happens,I also shot a little ether and it fired right away,it's definitely a fuel problem, which is cured each time I remove and replace the solenoid/alternator fuse.I sanded the fuse and put some dilectric grease on it, fuse seems tight and making contact but it still randomly won't start when cold unless I remove and replace the fuse, then it starts righ up.

Is it 10A fuse 14?

Have you tried slightly twisting each tab of the fuse to make it fit more snuggly?
