1991 civic wiring trouble

Ok so i don't have have dash lights or a temp gauge or a fuel gauge and i keep burning up alternators and there is a little black box that was clipped to the steering column that was smoking so now to the stuff i have tried a put a new under dash fuse box under dash wiring harrness 2 of those box things and still nothing any help??

and there are ZERO exposed wires anywhere? Grounds all good etc?

i had kind of the same problem the alarm in my civic was messed up and it blew a whole bunch of things as well as the alternator
