1995 dx goods and bads

i just bouget a 95 dx hatch just wondering about the good the bads and the worse and is the d15b any good

well congrats with the car there's nothing wrong with the dx as long as you treat the car right you should be fine;)

I love mine I get great mpg. daily driver and I get 40-44 mpg.....

the d15's are the best STOCK motor for boost due to the low compression.....boost it or toss it in the garbage.....if its not boosted its worthless

i went from a 93 civic with a z6 swap and loved it then went with the integra ls hated it to slow now i am gonna see how the hatch treats me

you sure its a d15b and not a d15b7 or something like that?

the D15B will last you a long time if you do all the scheduled maintenances. (oil change, timeing belt, etc. etc.)


My friend has a DX/LX D15B running 240,000 miles and still going strong. No leaks, no oil burning

A customer of ours is running 320,000 miles and still going strong.


These motors in stock form are basically bulletproof.
