1999 Honda Civic LX Sedan Wont Start

99 Honda Civic wont start. Have fuel, spark and turns over. Checked the coil and primary winding resistance is 0 while secondary resistance is 14.7 ohms. Primary should be higher than 0. This is a new coil. Is it possible the timing belt jumped? Any help would be appreciated.

What color is spark at the plugs? It should be bright white. If spark is weak orange or dark blue, replace the coil.

Spark was white. This is a new coil. Could be bad. Wouldnt be the first bad new part I have bought.

The coil is fine if spark is white. Did you reconnect the plug wires in the correct firing order? If you don't have any CEL codes, check the mechanical timing:

believe it or not something hondas are notorious for burning are the ignition Module. try that as well.
