2001 Civic clicking Sound - Video Included

Hi,

A few days ago I noticed a unusual sound from my cars' engine. I seems to be coming form the bottom of the engine. The noise gets faster with engine RPM. I have not driven the car after that day. Any ideas what is wrong with it? The link to the video is given below:

Had that happen to a friend of mine. He was redlining his mazda 3 hatch without any oil in it and it started making that sound. He drove it around for a few weeks to get to work and the sound got louder and louder. I think it was a bent/ broken value. Eventually it threw the piston through the bottom of the engine case. So point is, don't drive it until you get it fixed.

Sounds like a rod knock or a bad wrist pin. Either way, there's some damage there and continuing to drive it will make it worse.
