2001 honda civic lx

i was trying to figure out how to get my cruz control fixed on my civic,i have checked the fuses,the dashlite does not light up neather does the led button on the left/ i hit a deer an had to have the radeator*headlights an front bumper i had to charge the a/c stuff myself,ive also checked the horn fuse-ive read that the cruz c runs on the same fuse Thank u guys

Voltage test 10A dash fuse 4 and 7.5A dash fuse 10.
