Followed Service Manual procedure and jumper Terminal 9 of 12p connector on underdash fuse box to ground and all come on regardless of A/C switch selection. Manual directs me to find the open in the wire from Pressure switch to terminal 9. Ran a temporary wire from switch to fusebox in parallel and does not work. jumper original switch wire near pressure switch to ground and works so wire must be OK.
Does this indicate a failed Multiplex unit? I have not found a schematic to show all connections.
Made a jumper for the "Special Tool" and in Mode 2, no dome light indicators when testing inputs. Am I to assume I need to replace the Multiplex(Fuse PAnel)??
Is there a problem rewiring manually around the multiplex unit? Is this routinely done?
