2005 Civic Electrical/Lock Problems

My 2005 Civic just started experiencing some really strange issues.

The fob will only unlock, not lock. (Both fobs do the same thing, so it's not the fob.)
The drivers door lock switch will only unlock with the doors closed.
The dome light never turns off.

Any help?

Just found the problem, the trunk wasn't closed 100%. It was latched, but it wasn't shut.

To anyone else having these issues, reclose the trunk lid and each of the doors to solve the issue.

No door/trunk ajar lights were on, but the trunk wasn't closed properly.
