2006 Civic won't start

Have a problem with my daughters 2006 Honda Civic 1 .7 engine I thought they just ran the battery down is why it would not start it won't even try to crank over, I charge the battery ,found 100 amp fuse blown in the fuse box replaced I checked all the fuses in inside and outside the vehicle they are all good and showed good but when I tried to started it won't even crank over anybody have any ideas

Inspect all the ground cables. Has any repair or maintenance been performed on it lately?

No it has had no repairs on it and I check the cables that I can see and they all seem OK everything else works on it

Also on her car when I went to start it keep he came loose from the key fob I just stuck it back in with that keep it from starting
