2006 LX stereo issue

Hey there, once in a while my 06 civic's stereo goes for a poop. All it does is switch from fm/am/aux/cd, then I may get a loud audio noise then the volume won't work at all. I can switch the modes at that time but no noise. If I simply shut off the ignition and on again the problem is resolved. This can happen a couple times a day or once every couple weeks. There is 218,000 kms on the car and it just started this year. Any advise?

Are the stereo and speakers all stock?

Are the stereo and speakers all stock?

Everything is stock, speakers, sub etc.

I read somewhere it could be the factory deck.
