4 Speed

I have a 4 speed manual transmisson 2008 civic. In 4th gear I feel the need to shift up but cant because it's only a four speed is this an indicator of a more serious problem?

Also the car vibrates like crazy, could those two be related? Mechanic said engine mounts are fine.

4 speed? Honda didn't have a 4 speed in 08. 5 speed auto, 5 speed manual, and the SI had a 6 speed.

Something doesn't add up here.
