thats what i thought too
a guy at home told me it would
but ive tortion bar at the front
i think he has confused my civic for a 4th generation
im trying to find out if any one has or knows how to put a b16 a1 or a2
engine in a 3rd generation civic
i figured that if the fronf suspension on its subframr from a 4th gen fitted
then the rest would be easy
but no one seems to know

to install the B16 in the 3rd gen Civic, you need to use the 86-89 Integra knuckles/hubs and you will need a mount kit, custom shift linkage and custom axles - if your Civic is carbed and not fuel injected, you will need the complete fuel system and most of the wiring from a 3rd gen fuel injected Civic - these are instructions for the swap using Hasport mounts

no, it wont work since it uses torsion bars up front.

try going to redpepperracing.com

they are a 3rd gen civic forum and have TONS of info on swaps, suspention, and other goodies. i used to go on there when i had my 3rd gen.
