Go to ebay, type "900hp turbo kit civic" and buy the first $130 kit you find, can't go wrong.

No but seriously, there's a little more to going with forced induction than just slapping a turbo on your car. Personally, I almost went that route when I wanted to blow up my old D15B7 on purpose...
