Those wind deflectors are definitely all over eBay. However, Im not sure why you refer to them as "euro style".

I was looking for the Weather Tech's but could not find them listed on their site.
The WT's are nice since they are in-channel installation.

I bought mine from eBay searching "2000 Honda Civic ex rain guards" or try "wind deflectors" they are all over eBay but they suck because they're not in-channels. (Just my opinion) you can also try Amazon "1996 Honda Civic hatchback weather tech rain guards"
