98 real LONG crank, starts and runs fine

Hi guys, I've tried to search and couldn't find a thread that lead to a conclusion but if anyone has a link to a thread I'd appreciate that as well.

I have a 98 coupe, stock motor/trans that cranks for a long time (15 seconds or so) and stumbles into starting.
It runs great once it's on just would like to solve this issue.

I recently changed plugs, wires, rotor, distributor over the summer as well as cleaned the IACV.
Battery is only a month old and I checked and cleaned the grounds as well.
Fuses are good as well

Getting fuel pressure and have new main relay and FPR

I've tried the turn the key to ON to let the fuel pump prime, and I can hear it prime. This doesn't help either.

I will say that it is usually only in the morning and late at night, during the day it starts up quickly.

What else should I check? ICM? Fuel Pump?
Any help is appreciated, as this is my daily and want to sort this out.

Sounds like the fuel pump is losing prime to me.

With cold temps, it takes alot more fuel for cold starts to get everything running

Did this happen in the summer too?

Nope, only became an issue within the last 2 weeks.
