99 civic ex cranking issue

I have a 99 civic ex with brand new starter. Battery is good. Just replaced clutch, flywheel and pressure plate. It is a 5 speed and can be pushed started but for whatever reason won't start up the normal way the starter acts like it wants to work and you can hear the starter coming on but won't work!

check your ground wiring and also your lead on the starter wire. Corrosion might be built up.

If thats ok, then pull out a multimeter on the ignition switch and see if your getting power
