AC and heater problems 2001 civic

i've search a few threads and after i changed the climate control switch, ac resistor, and blower motor nothing works. the blower motor will not turn on. fuses are good as well. the AC light is on. is there any relays or other problems i should be concern of, i used a mulitmeter and it seems the blower motor is not geting any voltage.

I out a A/C blower in on my EG cx and I'm having the same problem. My other blower worked fine so I put it back in and it didn't work anymore either.
Its getting power because i can see the motor switch from taking in outside air to recycling air when I hit the button.
