Does it act like that while driving? Auto or manual?

Does this happen when you first turn the car when the engine is still cold? Or does it happen only when it's up to normal temperature?

Normal temperature
So when you first start the car and it's cold, it runs fine? This could be an O2 sensor issue. Those sensors don't do anything when the engine is cold, A/F ratio is controlled solely by the ECU. When it hits normal temp, the sensors kick in and the A/F ratio is adjusted based on the feedback received by the sensors. I'm just not sure if that would cause the symptoms you're seeing
