Alarm draining battery?

So earlier I removed my bumper to get to my bottom grille to repaint it. As I was replacing my grille I noticed my flashers were on so I went into my car to see no signals that they were on, also I pressed the button and they went on. Though I hear the same noise as if my flashers are on and a beeping noise. My battery has died twice in the last 24 hours and iv jumped it and recharged it. What could be causing this??

(battery was partial drained by my head unit and dual 12 subs having a
Mind of its own but I fixed them both)

It could just be a bad battery, bad alt, system wired wrong, ect, but if you have a DMM, you can remove the negitive battery cable, and hook the ammeter in place between the negitive cable and battery post, close all the doors and set the alarm like you normally would, then read how many milliamps you are drawing. That is really the only way to find out.
