Anti-Sway bars for 2004

I have a civic 2004. Does anyone know if it has an anti sway bar? Also, are after market ones good? Will i likely see a difference with a new one? Any recommendations?

I picked up a Progress Rear Sway Bar and I love the difference it made. Progress gets a thumbs up from me.

If you can find one, a rsx one would be the cheapest and most effective, progress sway looks cool though.

I have an RSX rear sway bar, I love it. I dont have the front sway bar though, it takes a lot of customization.

i have Progress Front and Rear Sway Bar and i love them but i hate that i gotta keep greasing the front bushings every couple of weeks because the start to squeak.......only if they had grease points for a grease gun....

I'd keep the front em2 sway bar on there. I heard RSX guys are swapping theirs out for civic front bars.
