B18b1 94 Eg sedan swap help?!

[Summer]

Recently bought an Eg sedan with a D16z6 in it and a B18b1 to swap into it. Need some advice. I'm doing this swap on my own and i don't know where to start with pulling the z6 out. I'm trying to keep the z6 together as much as possible. Also i've been told the wiring harness is plug and play?

Where do i begin???
What issues am i going to have doing this swap???

Im swaping my d16z6 out also but with a B20 hopefully if i can find one within the next couple weeks i also need help with a few things
