best 8th gen. intake

I've been trying to shop around for a naturally aspirated intake for my 2011 ex but don't know which has the best hp increase. i've noticed that not all intakes are measured at the same rpm. Is a 4.0 hp+ @ 3800 rpm better than a 5.1 hp+ @ 5700 rpm?

its really not much of a difference at all to worry about, only thing you should be worried about deciding is short ram or cold air intake. Which in most cases cold air will give you a bit of a better flow. But it really depends on who you talk to
