Bleeding Brakes - 2002 Honda Civic HX

There is a lot of air in my brake lines, and my brakes are practically non-functional. I have read different techniques and orders on how to bleed air out of the brakes. My main question is...how do I bleed the rear brakes? They don't have a bleeder screw that I can see. Below is an image of what I see when I look at the rear brakes. My second question is...what is the proper technique/order of bleeding the brakes on my specific car? I am not using any sort of bleeding kit, and do not have an air compressor. I am doing it with an assistant pumping the brakes.

Thanks in advance.

well the general rule is start at the wheel farthest from the master cylinder. so right rear left rear right front then finally left front..uhm that little black nubbie thing above the brake line is a rubber boot covering your bleeder valve. try not to lose it, that prevents it from corroding shut
