What the easiest way to get all of my lower control arm bushings out am going poly can I just tourch and rube mallett with like a 22 mm socket or will that warp the Control arm and or should I just go all aluminum lower control arms am building a sleeved b18a with her head.

Pretty much whatever it takes to get them out. They can be a huge pain in the d**k

They have some really good tools for stuff like this and if u break it then its no biggie.
