Thanks to ClubCivic site sponsor JDMK20A2 from Speed Fiends for promptly supplying the parts after a super fast, responsive order.

JDMK20A2

heres a link to his classifieds thread where i got them from:

I decided to go for a B and C pillar bar in my EK hatch. I was in communication with Jess and he said he checked and it turned out that the RSX C pillar works as a B pillar for the EK hatch.

Jess sells both the RSX C pillar (or hatchback B pillar) and Hatch C pillar for 90 shipped. Individually you can get the EK C-Pillar for $30.00 picked up or $40.00 shipped. and the RSX C-Pillar/EK B-pillar for $50.00 picked up or $60.00 shipped.

Heres some pics of them installed on my car.

So theres the verdict. The RSX C-PIllar works as an EK B-Pillar.

yeah these are not harness mounting bars. they are for structural lateral integrity.

a decent amount. if your used to low riding your seats though. this bar isnt for you.

i have had no clearence issues with putting the seat back. the bar still lets me maintain my comfortable sitting position

How usuable are the rear seats with the c pillar bar? would it be extremely uncomfortable for passengers in the back?

I have this setup installed in my gf's hatch and head clearance is pretty good, seats will still fold up and down

Another quick question about the C pillar bar. Does it affect visibility out the rear view a lot? I know its thin, but is in nearly aligned with your rear view mirror, thus blocking most of it?

Not that I can remember, my gf has not complained or said anything about it being in the way and it's her daily driver
