Civic 98 LX with 53k miles

Hello All, I recently found a 98 Civic LX with 48k miles in Delaware. I bought it and brought it to Atlanta and have been fixing a few things that were not working properly (wiper blades motor, lower control arm, headliner, etc.) however, it has a lot of rust above the rear right wheel (see pictures). What is a reasonable price to get that fixed? See pictures.

Take it to a local body shop , have them look it over, get an estimate.

Thanks! They've quoted between $500 and 1,500 to fix. It's a very wide range for the same type of work (cutting the piece and welding one taken from another car)
