Civic grinding sound coming from the clutch

So I have 97 Civic dx and when I first bought it after not so long I noticed somewhat of a grinding noise when the car is stationed but on. The noise goes right away when I step on the clutch. I replaced the clutch thinking it would probably help and eliminate the noise but it didn't. Any help on what it could be ?
