Cluster malfunction

I bought a ek hatch shell and put my d16y8 in to use as a daily, after the swap the car started but the rpm gauge and speedometer doesn't work and my cooling fan doesn't turn on. Also my reverse lights don't turn on either. Any help

Yes it did include the harness , I didn't unplug anything from the motor

I used everything from the 99 civic , the 96 civic was just a shell

The entire engine harness is from the 99 civic and the harness from the engine to the cabin is from the 96 civic
