Converting 5th gen civic to Vtech info please

I want some info on doing a engine swap on a standard civic

It is as simple as bolt off - bolt in and plug the Ecu in?

Shead some like on this please

I hate searching on my rotary forum for my Mazda

And vtec* lol

Not gonna go crazy keep it to a good budget

Will not be going turbo so best engine to go with that's good NA and easy to push a little

P.s there so many engines for these Hondas! There's like 6 diffent rotories haha

Please read the link provided in the 4th post. It is a sticky walking through different swaps and why. There is a reason it was compiled and there is a reason why you are being told to look around. This is asked a few times a week at the least.

No one is going to hold your hand just because you don't want to do the research. Trust me.
