Hi everyone I am new here and Civic 06 VTI-L manual is my first car. I've been trying to find coolant for it and it's quite confusing as somewhere in the manual book requires the coolant to be 'honda long life anti freeze coolant type 2' which is too much a hassle to find. I check the colour inside the tube and its very light with a bit blue/green that i cant really tell.
Question is: is it a really big deal to get the right coolant for it? or a regular one from K-mart ( http://www.kmart.com.au/product/5l-formula-x-75-radiator-coolant/1078303 ) will do the job just fine? and do I have to empty it out before filling? thanks.
