Coupe/Hatch Spoon Clone Mirrors on Sedan, YES!

It would appear that with a little bit of work, the copycat spoon side mirrors for a coupe/hatch will fit on a sedan.

The passenger side needed no work apart from re-drilling 2 of the screw holes that attach the mirror to the blanking plate.

The re-drilling in my case looks like this simple enough to do, you just leave the screw that is the lowest and closest to you in, and install the mirror and adjust for a good angle. Mark and drill where you need the new holes and there you go.

The Driver's side did need a bit of heat to curve the plate so that it would fit a little bit better; though my mounting might be warped. The people that stole my car made a hack job of ripping parts off.

Now the driver's side looks pretty good from the exterior, where before the heat forming the top point stuck out about a centimeter.

Lastly, we have the view from the driver's seat. For a mirror that is maybe 2/3 the size of the OEM mirror, they have a surprisingly good field of view.

Now I just need to find or make the inside garnish.
