I have a 99 Civic. It's a 32mm, my friend. I know because I bought a big ass one from Pep Boys. I keep it in the package when I'm not using it. Make sure you have a nice long breaker bar when you remove that nut and make sure the wheels are on the ground so you don't turn your rotor.

both 1 1/4 & 32mm are correct thanks to everyone for the help, although the 32mm has a lil more play than the 1 1/4
