D15B7 parts in a D16Y7?

Not sure if this is the right forum, and probably a dumb question but I have a d16y7 engine in my 96 lx and I have a 95 ex d15b7 engine. Any chance these engines can swap parts, like heads intake manifold etc? Edit: Or is that d15 and tranny more solid than my y7? I actually have the whole 95 car just no title, wanted a few body parts off it but it's got the whole engine and trans anger looks pretty clean and working.
