I'm diggin everything except the offset on the wheels, it just looks like the guys in my town that put rwd wire wheels on their Grand-Am's and the wheels stick out 3 inches! I like the front end alot!

yes it is possible. i did put 9jx16 on my old 5th gen and it looked dope, there were just one problem, i could not steer

It is from Scheller and it costs 177.50 Eur > aprox 190$.

i think it looks pretty good, dont really like the sideskirts though or the stickign out of the rims. But if the person that built it likes it thats all that matters.
