Defrosters Not Working.

My issue here is that when it rains, the defrosters don't want to take the fog off the windows. It worked fine when it was cold out, most of the time anyways. Is there an underlining issue here I should be looking at?

It doesn't seem to be working at all as a matter of fact? Hopefully I don't have to tear anything apart.

you can take a multimeter and ground the black probe and set it to dc voltage while taking the red probe and touching it to the connector located at the back window and it should read 12v.
