Dim switch broken, speedometer messed up and stereo cuts out

Hey guys, so I'm super new with cars so use simple terms please...

The dim switch I think is broken because the lights on the dash dont work. The speedometer doesn't work either, only goes to about 40mph and then goes up and down about 10mph variation. I checked the fuses on under the dash but doesn't seem to be a problem. the stereo also cuts out randomly and turns off and on. Its stock, everything in the car is stock as well...

have you had the battery tested? i've seen some of those things caused by a dying battery

Also, double check fuse 15 under the dash. Check it with a multimeter if you can.
