I seem to be in need of a new field coil for my Denso compressor clutch. Do they make them or am I going to have to harvest one from a junk yard? Do I really need this part or can it be fixed? How can I even figure this out?
Trust me, I had the same theory (coming from and electrical engineering background) for a while until I determined it was my clutch plate. Follow the PM I sent you for more detailed diagnosing directions. Don't guess, troubleshoot.
